Exploration in Tower of Fantasy consists of earning Exploration points by solving puzzles, finding Scenic Points, completing Ruins, activating Spacerifts and Omnium Towers and finding secrets around the world, for which players are rewarded with Black and Gold Nuclei, Dark Crystals, Potent Omnium Crystals, Mighty Mushrooms, Relics and Cosmetics.

- Black Nucleus puzzles - 5 points
- Gold Nucleus puzzles - 15 points
- Purple supply pod - 10 points
- Gold supply pod - 25 points
