| When is the game released? | 10th of August 2022 - Global release. |
| When will the game be available on Steam/Epic Games? | Not initially. Steam & Epic Games launch will happen in Q4 2022 (between the 1ˢᵗ of October and 31ˢᵗ of December). |
| Can I change servers? Will my progress be reset? | Server transfer is currently not available. Your progress will not carry over if you change servers at this time. |
| I am getting unlucky with weapons, what can I do? | There is a pity system in place. Every 80th pull is a guaranteed SSR weapon. |
| Can I change my name? | Yes. There is an Identity Update Card available in the shop for 300 Dark Crystals. |
| Do I have to wait until the 80th pull to get an SSR weapon? | No. Tower of Fantasy has a hidden SSR pity drop at 30th pull for your first SSR. Read more about Gacha mechanics. |
| I am unable to log in on my phone after I created account on PC/Played on PC? | Bug. Do not use auto-fill. Type email manually and it will work. |
| Why can't I continue the main quest?/Why can't I level up? | You might have reached the level cap. You will not be able to level up after reaching the cap. The main story and levels are time-gated and will increase after daily reset. Please see the level cap table below. |
| What are these timers I see while exploring/Why are some objects on the minimap greyed out? | Like the main quest, some parts of exploration are time-gated. The timers show how many hours and minutes are left before you are able to interact with them. Greyed out icons for objects on the minimap mean a similar thing. Walking up to these objects and interacting with them will tell you how long you will need to wait before you can properly interact with it. |
| What are Simulacra? Do I have to equip them? | Simulacra are basically just skins of different characters. When you obtain a weapon, you obtain the skin of the character who uses that weapon. You do not need to equip them if you do not want to. |
| How do I unlock the additional skin for my SSR characters? | Once you upgrade the weapon associated with the character to 3 stars, the skin will unlock. This means you will need at least 3 more copies of the weapon. |
